Ok so im probably like around 200 pounds & im 16 im 5'11"and i really want to start losing weight. My friends tell me that i am not fat its just that im tall. but i just want to get rid of the fat and love handles and feel good about myself. i have the airclimber but i think its an alright thing to do if you want to tone your legs. I just want something to do in my house alone without any equipment. What are some things to work out? Is dancing to rave music good to lose weight too?

The first key is to drink lots and lots of water. The 2nd also most important is to stop eating junk food and sugary sweet things. Sugar is the enemy of those who want to lose weight. You can go on a died and do exercises. Try jogging around your back yard or front yard or pace back and forth in your hose just to burn calories. i would recommend buying free weights from walmart or somewhere. or a pilates dvd to do at home. or walk/run outside. dancing is good too.
the best way to start loosing weight is cut out refined starches and sugar. so no white flour or sugar and drink plain WATER.
