BREAKFAST: 1 small banana, 1/8 cup of whole almonds
LUNCH: 1/8 cup of whole almonds, half a large carrot, 1 small banana, 2 pieces of Kirkland steak jerky (120 calories, 18 grams of protein, 1 gram of fat for the 2 pieces)
DINNER: 3 small chicken legs no skin, 1 and a half cups of steamed broccoli
DESSERT: 2 slices of coconut bread
EXERCISE: 30 minutes of running 4mph, 25 hammer curls per arm with 15 pounds, 10 normal curls per arm with 15 pounds, 110 pushups (done in 10s), and slow walking for 30 minutes.
Did I eat and exercise good today? What would you rate it on a scale of 1 – 10. I am 13 years old, 5'3, and 168 pounds.
WATER: 6 cups
9 it would be a 10 if you cut out the dessert.
I would say an 8. Breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day. Also I would suggest to eat 6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism up. But even if you do exactly what you are doing you will lose weight and build muscle. Eat lots of protien. I can't emphasize that enough. Protien protien protien!!!
