Summer is coming soon. I'm not huge, but I'm not as skinny as I want. I always try to stop eating but then I feel bad about myself and have no hope for losing weight and looking better so I eat and just don't work out unless I have a soccer game or softball. I need a GOOD fast working diet and workout and please don't have any rude comments. Thaaanks.
Sorry, but there is no good fast-working diet and workout.You need to eat right and commit yourself to exercising regularly.That's the ONLY way you'll see lasting results.

i went on a low carb diet, and lost 10 pounds in two weeks. it was like no fruits or fried foods or carby foods. however, you can't just go back to eating whatever you want after the two weeks to keep the weight off. running's your best bet for working out.
