Hey, im 14 and i go the gym 3 times a week and abs exercisers every night, i also go on a 2 hour jog Saturday and Sunday, i am starting boxing 3 times a week aswell, I really want to be toned for my holiday in 2 months (six pack ect) Please will someone tell me what to eat or even make me a eating plan for a week? thankyou

Don't eat Carbs at all. Switch to Atkins diet plenty of protein essential for your body muscles.
