I'm trying to get my weight from 135 to 110 – 115. I'm 18 years old and 5'3". But I also wanna get rid of cellulite….I wanna wear shorts but my right thigh looks pretty bad. The left one is fine though….
Everyday for exercise I do 60 – 75 minutes of intense cardio, 100 squats, push ups, 30 lunges, 30 leg lifts, jumping squats, mountain climbers, sumo squats, a 7-minute cellulite removal exercise and planks. This is what I eat:
~Breakfast – A bowl of cereal (250 calories) with skim milk (90 calories) and fruit (100 calories) with peanut butter (200 calories) – Total 640 calories
~Lunch – An omelet with two eggs (140 calories) vegetables (30 calories) with some fruit (70 calories) and a plain (as in nothing on it) whole wheat bagel thin (100 calories) on the side – Total 340 calories
~Dinner – A salad (45 calories) with small chicken breast (150 – 200 calories), a hard-boiled egg (70 calories) and a serving of beans (120 calories) – Total 435 calories
Total for whole day – 1425 calories.
The only other thing I drink is water and I make sure to get 8 glasses a day or more.
What else can I do? I can't go running, it's too hot and my parents won't let me. I may be able to go and walk around in my large backyard for 30 – 45 minutes if that will help.
