Alright before anyone says there's no such thing as spot reduction blah blah blah, I KNOW THAT. I have a healthy diet going and I'm losing weight pretty well, and I'm almost to my goal weight, I've lost about 15 pounds this year and doing pilates 10 minutes a day and using an elliptical for an hour every day, but my thighs are still like whale thighs!! D: I hate it so much! In about a month I'm going to a camp and it'll be summer and stuff, so I want my thighs to be smaller so I can wear shorts and stuff. NOT MUSCULAR! My legs have muscle, they're just fat. please help me! I want exercises, or if you have some miracle food that gives you small muscles haha. Thanks <3
