If I walk at four miles everyday, two in the morning and two in the evening.
I might run one mile and then walk the other sometimes.
Keep my calories down to around 1,400-1,700,
don't diet on weekends as harsh,
and no eating after 7PM.
I also have a Weight Lifting class on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday until Summer break in three weeks, but will take occasional trips to my local gym during that time.
I'm 5'2"-5'3" and I weight about 130lbs. I really want to get down to at least 110!
Will this help me?
All the exercise I get now it the 45 minutes in that Weight Lifting class and I don't diet.
So I'll be doing the four miles and doing a diet now.
Can I achieve my goal?
yes tis will get u on the right track but one thing i wanna suggest is running 3 instead of a mile a day beccause the process of running a mile a day is very slow
