International Sisterhood of Divas Weight Loss Challenge: Day 6

Day 6: No PMS-induced dieting train wreck is ever so bad that you can't fix it the very next day! Getting back on track and re-calibrating those taste buds is key. A brief fast stimulates your body to really pay attention to what good fuel/food should taste like. Break the fast with veggies not cookies. However, due to said setback the ISDWC may be extended a couple of days :)
