Exercise: 7 AM- 20 crunches, 50 jumping jacks (getting my metabolism up.)
Breakfast: Oatmeal. with apple slices and peanut butter (trying to get protein in.) fat free milk.
Exercise: 12:30 PM- 100 jumping jacks, 50 crunches, 15 frog jumps
Lunch: salad, water, baby carrots, and celery with fat free ranch dressing
Exercise: 5:30 PM- 150 jumping jacks, 25 frog jumps, 75 crunches, 15 push ups
Dinner: Grilled tilapia, with steamed veggies (carrots, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower etc.)
snack: 2 PM- handful of unsalted pretzels, 6 PM- last food for night- glass of warm green tea with bowl of fruit ( strawberries, grapes, mango, berries, bananas, apples. )
Exercise- jog for 30 mins, 100 jumping jacks, 50 crunches.
With this daily routine, will I be able to get a flat stomach???
Add sit ups to the list and in 30days you will have more thana flat stomach. But have in mind that after the first 7days you will start feeling serious pains. Dont panic, thats your body getting used to exercise and dont stop continue in the pain. You may fall sick but you have to keep it going for 30days. It will be worth it. Goodluck
