So I plan on working out 5 days a week starting next week. In the past I would do it in the afternoon after work, but now I plan on going first thing in the morning before work. So I would be waking up at 5am and I'll be getting to the gym at 5:45am. I usually do the classes like cycle class and full body workout class at L.A. Fitness. My question is since I'm waking up so early should I eat something before I work out? I don't want to be full and feel sick but I also don't want to pass out. I want to lose a couple pounds and tone up. I'm 24, 5'6 and 154lbs. What do you guys think?
