MirrorsEdgeFreak Asked: What can I do to gain enough strength to pull back my crossbow?
I need to become strong enough to pull back my crossbow. What exercise(s) can I keep doing to eventually become strong enough to pull back my crossbow. I weigh about 105-110 and im just some tiny 17 year old girl so strength has always been an issue with me. We havent taken the crossbow to have it checked out yet. (My boyfriend bought it for me because it was a great deal just until i get my Horton) but we dont know it's draw weight and it can be anywhere up to 150. If it is and I can become strong enough to pull the string into possition, I should be able to pull back my Horton (125) efficiently. I just need to be able to gain that strength.
Aquamarine Asked: No weight loss from turbo fire?
For the past four weeks, I have been doing the turbo fire program religiously.I always complete the workout stated on the calender and sometimes even do another DVD as well.On top of all that, I still have 2-3 hours volleyball practices 3 days a week.I have been trying to cut back on my junk food intake and eat smaller portions. However, I have not had any change in weight.
I am 16 years old, 5"2 and 105 pounds.Am I doing something wrong in my workout?
