Asked: Getting bigger legs without loosing weight?
I'm pretty small. I'm 17 and I only weigh about 95 pounds. I don't really ever gain weight. It's not that I don't eat, because I do. I just have a fast metabolism. I wouldn't mind gaining weight actually. I've never been 100 pounds. But, I have issues with my legs. They're skinny. NOT SUPER skinny… But I want to them bigger and more proportionate. How often would I need to do leg exercises to do that? Sometimes I do squats and my legs get suuuper sore.I just want bigger legs, without loosing weight. I know you can actually gain weight from gaining muscle though too right?

I'm on a diet and i feel pretty good! but i had 2 tablespoons of peanut butter after my dinner ( i was CRAVING IT) and i have eaten very well all day! will it undo all my training or will it be ok? even if i do some exercises in a while?

Sometimes, when i'm at the gym I go on the exercise bike to finish my workout. By this time i'm often quite tired, so sometimes i'll only pedal slowly, while on about effort level 5. Does this actually do anything in terms of burning fat?

I downloaded this app called "Belly Burner" from the app store a week ago and I've been trying some of the exercises that it says to do and I have been felling sore everyday after doing the workout on it (in a good way, like the day after you do a good workout at the gym). I'm just curious as to if these workouts actually help you loose weight?
Some of the exercises that it tells you to do are:
- Vertical Crunches
- Reverse Leg Lifts
- Roll Ups
- Straight Arm Planks
& Side Bridges.

Asked: does hooping actually helps burning fat?
I want to buy a hula-hoop for fitness, to work on my belly fat. But does it actually work and give any results? I do 30min of jogging daily. And I eat, well … okay. Not always super healthy but also not bad. If you say hooping isn't going to help, what will help? I want to work the back muscles too.
