Asked: How to tone up and what to eat?
Could anyone tell me how to tone my biceps, hips, stomach and thighs! Mostly inner thighs? And what to eat to help build muscle and burn fat from all of them! But not just proteins etc like the actual food? Eg chicken, brown bread etc?! Thanksss
Asked: HELP . I STOPPED LOSING WEIGHT.?
Uh… soooo i'm on a diet right now for the past 2 months and a half. I suddenly stopped losing weight for two weeks straight. I'm 16 years old (female), height 5'7 and my current weight is 135pound.( I was 160pounds before)I usually lose at least 2 thru 3 pounds in a week but suddenly stopped losing weight.
MY DIET PLAN
Breakfast : Yogurt(90cal) Banana(100cal)
School Nutrition : 2 Oranges (100)
School Lunch : Salad+Chicken breast+ Brocolli (130cal ?)
(And i walk for 30minutes to my tutor)
Dinner : Sometimes meat but mostly salad ( Exercise for 40minutes )
After two months, i started on this drinking diet. My mom blends 13 diffrent veggie and fruits and i would drink them all day for a week. I lost 8 pounds and gained 2 pounds back while trying to go bak to my usual diet but lost that 2 pounds a week later. AFTER THIS I STOPPED LOSING WEIGHT. Well i kind of changed the way i ate.
My New Diet Plan………….
Breakfast : Cereal Honey and Oats ( 160 plus milk )
School Nutrition : Drink the juice that my mom made (? cal)
School Lunch : Fried Egg and Rice and midget pickles. (200cal+220cal+0cal)
Dinner : Nothing
I sticked with that diet plan for about two weeks and did not lose any weight.
Did i do something wrong? Is it bad to eat the same thing everyday or am i eating too little? I'm very stressed and confused. Please help me T—-T;;;;; All i think about at school is my diet problems.
Asked: Weight Loss for 14y/o 5’4 153 lbs that runs track??!!?
Background: I am 14 andam 5'4 153 lbs. I run track for my school and run for 1 1/2 hours every day Monday-Friday. I am a mid distance runner for my team and I am really slow. I also play soccer in summer/fall.
Problem: I gained around 18 lbs over the winter when i didn't play any sport. Now i am slow/sluggish and find my self in a situation where i used to be able to sprint very fast and now barely able to run sprints. I lost 5 lbs already over a period of 3 days with good diet and track after school. I know this rate will not continue. I dont know what to eat in order to lose weight and get enough energy for track. I completely eliminated all junk food from my diet and i dont eat as often. The downside to not eating often is that i run slower and am tired.
What I Need from YOU: tell me what to eat in order to get enough energy for track and lose weight, what to drink, and what to avoid to lose weight. Also i need to find a way to run as fast as i used to run 18 lbs ago!!
Asked: Losing weight for swimming?
I just turned 15, I'm 6 feet tall, and I've been swimming all my life. I spend multiple hours doing exercise every day. I'm not here to listen to people say that I don't need to lose weight… I have a good amount of muscle, but also a large amount of belly fat. I weigh 180 ATM, and my swimming ability would increase a ton if I could shave off 10-15 pounds of fat. I'm looking for a good diet to help lose the fat.
