I’m trying to lose fat, does my plan look okay?

Asked: I’m trying to lose fat, does my plan look okay?

hello, I'm 17, 5'1 and 102 pounds. As you can probably tell, I'm fairly skinny, but I have a little bit of fat. Naturally, I'm what's known as "skinny fat". Most of said fat is on my thighs, lower back and stomach. I have kind of a pudgy stomach and what I believe to be love handles (where it's kinda fat on both sides of your lower back and spills out over pants). It's not too big of an issue, but I'm going on vacation in the beginning of june and I want to lessen this fat so I won't feel so grotesque in my bikini. I've done some research and I've decided to do 20 sit ups when I wake up and 20 when I go to bed to tighten the abdominal muscles as well as running for 30 minutes followed by relaxed walking for 15 everyday to get rid of the fat. I'm also willing to improve my diet, though I'm not sure how just yet because I have a severe inflammatory bowel disease called ulcerative colitis that strictly limits my diet to hardly anything. I'm going to try to replace all beverages with nothing but water the best I can with maybe a soda here and there just to kind of kill off any sugar cravings I might have. I'm going to try my very hardest to keep this up for the entire month of may or until I achieve my desired results. I'm very determined to finally work towards getting the flat stomach and smaller thighs that I believe were meant for my body type. Does this seem like a decent plan? Is there anything else I should do? Anything I should change? Will I get noticeable results within a month's time? Any help or advice is much appreciated.
Also, please don't tell me that I'm perfect the way I am as this is not a self-image issue, it's merely an attempt at becoming more healthy and burning unnecessary fat. Thank you. :>
