i have been doing gyming since a month my height is 5'9n my weight is only 53 kg ! so what sort of exercises i should preffer n with how much weight ??

I have been training for 3 months, 2 times a week with a personal trainer doing some weights, every day I do 200 squats and add 10 each day. I also go to the gym for an hour at least 3 times a week. I can now see my abs coming out, my Quadriceps are nice and tight now, however my Hamstrings are not, and neither is my butt. I eat healthily, i have a clean diet (5 times a day – small meals, no sweets or junk food, or any fizzy drinks) and I drink protein every morning to build up my butt. But I can't see a difference in it, why?
When will the back of my thighs start to become more tight and nice? How long approximately will it take? A year or?
Danika Asked: Fat face.. HELP … what can I do?
I am 25years old & weigh 55kg and 168cm tall, am size 6 – 8 dress size. I have a slim frame, but my face is chubby, its not so much round but my cheeks & the bottom areas of my face are fat, I have a double chin as well. I feel self conscious when I smile as it makes me look fatter. Someone I recently met said they seen a photo of my (before the met me in person) and it was only of my face & they thought I was really fat but said Im not but Im quite thin & its just my face. (don't think they meant it in a bad way although it got me thinking its not just me, my face is fat for my body & I hate it).
I exercise 3 – 5 days a week, Im a personal trainer, I eat a healthy diet although of course do have the odd chocolate bar once a week as well as ice cream once a week.
So I am thinking, what can I do to reduce the fat from my face / chin? Im seriously looking into liposuction? Any help please?
