I weigh about 137, I'm 5'1" and I am a 15 year old girl. I'm trying to slim down and tone up for summer. I know you can't just lose weight by exercising you have to eat right too. I would say I eat roughly 700-1000 calories a day. Technically I have malnutrition, but it's because of my medication for my adhd (adderall), it makes me not hungry I have to force myself to eat. I want to go down around 10 pounds no more then that because I want to gain muscle too, I'm also big boned so any less would look disgusting on me. I need cardio ideas. I walk a lot in a day, roughly a mile or two, and I'm a very fast paced walker, but that's just around school and around my neighborhood and such. This is my workout plan for the next month or two. It will causally go up in reps
15 straight leg crunches (upper abs)
20 bicycles(lower abs and obliques)
10-15 push ups (arms and abs)
30 second planks (abs)
1 minute leg lifts (lower abs and back)
20 squats(butt and thighs)
For cardio, once I lose so stomach fat, (the only place I'm actually fat. Damned baby fat!) I'm going to start swimming everyday at my neighborhood rec center not only for cardio but because I am joining swim team in the fall(: I'm also planning on doing tennis. Any swim or tennis players with advice on workouts is much appreciated! Also I don't know what to eat before and after my workouts. I know I need protein for muscle growth, but what should I eat? I hate peanut butter so none of that, and preferably no red meat because I'm on a red meat free diet due to stomach issues. I know I need to eat more calories too, around 1200, right?

I recently started doing pull ups last year. right now I'm working to increase my pull ups and so far I can just do 12. I started because Ive always wanted huge lats. and I read that the best lat exercise is weighted pull ups. so I have two questions, should I just skip to weighted pull ups to increase my regular pull ups and to get big lats or should I increase my regular pullups first then move to weight, and when I do start doing weighted pull ups what is a good set/rep plan to get HUGE lats
