I'm 17, 109 lbs, 5ft3
So I have been really into fitness lately and am trying to improve my body. Right now I am very thin, but I have curves. But I lack tone and muscle definition. I've been told I look pretty toned even though I rarely work out and don't have the best diet. Now I am trying to not only tone, but gain some muscle definition. Not too much but I think getting muscle will help with my dancing and make me a little less fragile. Here is my fitness plan so far…….
Workout routine:
-Go to gym 3-4 days a week
Each day I do one hour of cardio total although I usually break it up into 3 intervals. I use the elliptical and set it on interval. So it'll be a low crossramp and high resistance for a little while than switch itself to a higher crossramp and lower resistance.
Between the three intervals, I use the weight machines. I alternate every machine after one set of 15 reps. The weight setting I use is whatever weight makes it difficult to do 12 reps. Then I start back at the 1st machine and go through them all at least 2 or 3 more times. I heard it's good to switch up which muscles you are targeting. I read about this technique online, but I am not sure if it's the best way to do it.
I also want to start eating better. What type of foods are good for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? Are there any certain foods good to eat before a work out?

-I have access to a pull up bar, a floor, and a track on weekends.
-I REALLY want a six pack by summer
-I can feel a six pack on me, but it is behind a layer of belly fat
-Give me daily exercises for weekdays, and week ends.
-I don't have much time on weekdays, but tons of free time on weekends.
