Asked: I don’t want a six pack abs, just flat stomach HELP?
I'm 5'5'' and 194lbs female and i'm on a healthy diet, i do cardio for 2 hours and strength exercises for 1 hour for my stomach and all other body parts
but i heard if i do stomach exercises, i will gain six pack and i don't want it and i don't wanna get bulky too! Just wanna lose weight and get flat stomach.
Is that true that i'll get bulky and get six back by strength exercises?
