My name is Caleb, and I'm nineteen years old, interested in joining the air force to be an Aerial gunner. I'm currently WAY overweight and I'm going to attempt to lose the necessary weight over the summer to enlist. Can you give me some tips to lose this weight as quickly as possible in a healthy matter? If you're just going to answer "diet and exercise", that's obvious, so explain or give an example. Thanks

I went through a transformation from a 13 year old unhealthy kid 5'8" 230 lbs to healthy 16 year old 6'1" 160 lbs dude. I want to know if I should maintain my physic or bulk up or something. Can I stay how I am right now?

Hi, so I am 14 years old and I just want to start getting my body in better shape as the school year winds down and into summer.I am around 100 pounds and I wouldn't consider myself fat, but I just want to slim down in my lower stomach and thighs, and also tone my arms, stomach, and legs.I really want to find out what workouts, and foods you think would be best to get the results I am hoping for.If I work out I feel like I bulk up and I want to slim down and I don't think I am doing the right excercises. I reaalllyyy need some tips as to how to lose weight. I'm already eating healthily and exercising every day but it doesn't seem to be working! I'm 100lbs and 5ft, and I'm 15. I want a thigh gap (not a huge one, but my hips are built in a way that I can have one easily if I was slimmer) and a flat stomach…I just need help getting there. Any suggestion is great! Thank you

K so I'm 190 lbs and about 5'12 and I'm mostly made of fat. I want to lose about 3 lbs a week and lose 40 lbs overtime. I was going to jog 5days a week for 30 minutes. And lift weights every other day. How do I also get abs? Please give any of your advice and input to help me. What would you recommend for losing weight? Do you think I can actually lose 3 pounds a week by doing this? Thank you.
