Last summer I was on a mission to lose weight, i changed my diet and exercise routine went to the gym daily along with going for walks. it just seemed as it was not cutting it. I want a change just so i can feel better about myself and wear clothes that i like. last winter i went to zumba classes at least once a week or once every two weeks i also have zumba on wii and i have started doing it regularly along with going to the gym and changing my diet. How long do you think until i will see weight start to come off? I want this so bad and have been working so hard at it with hardly any results and its starting to get frustrating. Please any advice would be greatly appreciated.
