im 13 and im 5'3 and about 110 pounds…im just not happy with my rolls on my stomach and i have flab…please help..like resonable food for meals, snacks, and like fitness (without going to the gym please!) its summer now so i have time but i kinda want them less then a month! please help

You can't get abs over night. You're only 13. Chill.
Go running.
Do crunches.
Watch what you eat.
Hey, im the same but im male, im 14. So im trying to lose some weight to. i dont know how to help you, but i have got a tip.
DONT TO SIT UPS, IT PUSHES ANY FAT OUT MORE, BEFORE U GET ABS.
hope that helps. Dont eat nothing. Just drink stuff like water and soya milk. Dont diet, make sure u still eat, actaully the more u eat the better, just as long as it's not junk food.
Like salads, and real meet! like stake, and sweet corn is ment to be really good.
I eat alot of strawberrys and they help abit. I hope that i am helping.
