I have been on a diet and exercise plan for about 2 months. Ive lost about 10 pounds of fat and gained a few pounds of muscle. I have been finding it difficult to loose weight (fat). I know I have been losing fat, but I am staying the same weight. I know in staying the same weight because of my muscle gain. But I still want to loose more fat. And the only way I'll be able to tell is from my clothes, and body. Should I lift weights less? Should I stop for a while, than once I loose the fat I start lifting weights again?What exercises (and food) do you reccomend for muscle gain, and weight loss?
