cardio,running,jogging,walking,sit ups,push ups i would say maybe 15 – 30 mins a day doing all of these workout u can also join sports like volleyball,soccer,track,football,basketb for me i join in fighting classes such as akido ,judo,karate,boxing it helps me alot and other exercise i listed also change your eating habits refrain from junk food and eat healthy. hopes this answer helps -.-
