I am running a total of 5 miles per day to take off some pounds. Most days I break up my work out to 2.5 miles in the morning before work (around 5:00am) and 2.5 miles at night (around 5-6pm). Other days I just run the 5 miles straight after work. I would like to know which is better for loosing the maximum weight.
Yes I diet and burn more calories than I Intake.
I run at 5.5mph. About a 10 minute mile.
