Well twice a week I run 3 miles in the park I also do an 45 minutes of cardiofor all the other days. I've completely dropped soda and I'm only eating 1000 calories everyday. I really wanna lose 10 pounds before may 23 do you think if I do this I can drop 10 lbs?? Add any weight loss tips!!! Thanks!

What I plan on eating

Breakfast: (150 cals) mixed fruit
Lunch:(250 cals)ensure
Dinner:(550 cals) what my mom makes (usually healthy)
Snack:(100 cals) granola bar

1000 calories will hinder your weight loss. Drastic calorie cutting will cause your body to go into shock mode and conserve as much fat as possible, and you will exhaust yourself for no reason. Just do a standard 500 calorie deficit of what you've been eating regularly, and you'll lose weight the healthy way.
