I am currently 130 pounds, give or take, and I am 5 feet tall. I'd like to get back down to 110 pounds. I generally lose weight pretty fast if I stick to what I do. The problem is that I'm really lazy.
I have been cutting out soda and replacing with diet soda (I have found it very hard to break my soda habit, so I am working on it).
I am going to cut out my mocha latte intake. I love coffee, but I know it's bad for me.
Lately, I have found a love of apples and have been eating about three apples a day. I'm gonna start drinking more water as well, but I hate drinking vast amounts because it makes me have to pee all the time and during class, it's annoying.
Cut out carbohydrates.
I walk everywhere on campus which I measured out to be 30 minutes of walking each day. So that's a bit of my exercise.
Cut out red meats. I hardly eat meat besides chicken anyway.
What do you think I could add/subtract?
